Gary Berridge who still claims 3lb of his riders allowance is undoubtedly
one of the leading Conditionals in the North of England. Stats wise you
have a 30% chance of Gary being in the first 4 places in a race. He has
gathered a wealth of experience riding for Lenny Lungo, JPL Ewart and W Amos
and this shows in his confidence when riding on the track. We are sure it
won't be too long before he will lose his claim totally and take up his
rightful positon as one of the North's senior riders. Gary lives in
Dumfries but makes the effort to ride out and school at Brandsby every
week - so gets to know the horses before riding them in races.

Patrick has worked for Peter Beaumont since 2000, and has full
responsibility for the smooth running of the training operation. He has
worked in racing all his life and gained his experience working for Jimmy
Fitzgerald as Head Lad for 6 years, and had short spells with Guy Harwood
and in Canada, and latterly was Assistant Trainer to Tom Tate for for 9
years. During his time in racing he has been associated with many big
winners under both codes.
